Your extra edge over the competition.

Most squads give you the same session as everyone else. HPAN adds time with a mentor who has already won at the top, in your sport. Built for athletes with and without disability.

SwimmingHPAN coaches

Everyone in your squad trains hard.

In a group, you rarely get time one on one with the coach.

That extra time is your edge.

Why HPAN

The extra edge over your competitors.

Our coaches are mentors who have already achieved at the top. They add what a group session cannot.

Addition

On top of your program

HPAN works alongside your club, school or squad coach. It adds to your training and does not replace it.

Mentors

Coaches who have done it

State and national champions, international athletes and professional prospects, still competing in your sport.

Individual time

The attention squads cannot give

Group training is a strong base, but one coach looks after many athletes. We give you time just for you.

Why HPAN

Your extra edge over the competition.

Most high school and under-18 athletes train in groups. HPAN adds the individual attention that sets you apart.

The problem

Group training is a strong base. It just cannot give every athlete individual time.

Problem 1

Training is group-based

In school and under-18 squads, one coach looks after many athletes, so one-on-one time is limited.

Problem 2

Your competitors train the same

If everyone follows the same sessions, the edge comes from what you do on top of them.

Problem 3

Few have a mentor who has done it

Advice from someone who has won at state, national and international level is rare.

How HPAN is different

An addition, not a replacement.

HPAN works alongside your current program. Our coaches are mentors who have achieved at the top and still compete.

  • Works alongside your club, school or squad coach
  • Mentors with state, national and international results
  • Individual attention in your sport, one-on-one or in a small group
  • Choose how much: free guide, resource library, coaching or a custom plan
Why HPAN

Five reasons it works.

1

Built by champions

State and national champions, international athletes and professional prospects, all still competing.

2

One-on-one attention

Squads give you a share of the coach. We give you time of your own.

3

An addition, not a replacement
